Who can do a 10 Day Cleanse

This is for almost everyone with a few exceptions. Please don’t attempt a 10-day juice cleanse if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18 or have a severe medical condition. Check with your doctor if you are unsure. If you are currently on medication, ask your doctor before starting this or any diet program.


Physical activity is important during your Reboot but we recommend you decrease the intensity and sometimes duration of exercise. During the Cleanse, you want to conserve energy to help your body rest and keep your immune system strong. You may also be ingesting fewer calories and macronutrients like protein and carbohydrates than usual so you’ll want to downshift your workout accordingly. Walking, gentle yoga, tai chi, Pilates, and easy cycling are all examples of good activities to do during your juice cleanse. 

Possible Side Effects or Symptoms

While there are many potential benefits of consuming a plant-based diet, there are some potentially serious side effects of a cleanse that you need to be aware of. If any of these symptoms occur please consult your physician to be sure you can manage them wisely. Most side effects are temporary and will resolve after a few days, or once you resume a healthy diet following your juice cleanse. These include but are not limited to fatigue, headache, dizziness, low blood sugar, constipation or diarrhea. Increasing your fluid intake by drinking more water, coconut water can often resolve these side effects.

If you experience any of the following symptoms, please stop your cleanse and contact your physician: fainting, extreme dizziness, low blood pressure, significant weight loss, vomiting, severe diarrhea. Take care to evaluate how you are responding to the cleanse before driving or operating any heavy machinery.

2. Track Progress 

Before getting started with a change in exercise and lifestyle, it is important you take measures of your starting point for future progress checks.

There are various ways that you can track your own progress, these include but are not limited to weight loss on scales, loss of body fat percentage (measurement via scan for accuracy), girth measurements and progress photos.

Progress photos are so important for both self-motivation and keeping track of actual progress. Some changes may not be visible on the scales but may be VERY visible in the mirror, especially for those of you that have a moderate or light starting weight.

Photo criteria:

  • Take your 'before' photos prior to starting the cleanse

  • Set a reminder in your phone/ calendar every day or every other day to take a photo

  • Use the sign with our logo and the day in your picture

  • Make sure you always take the photo in the same circumstances (i.e. your bedroom, wardrobe mirror, 6 AM, Monday)

  • Full body length shot

  • Two compulsory photos: 1 front view, 1 side view (take as many others as you like)

  • Feet together (touching)

  • Hands slightly away from body

  • Natural relaxed stance, NOT posing

  • Camera away from face

  • Crop top or bra & underwear or shorts ( men - shorts)

  • Take the image on the same angle (vertical and horizontal position) 


How to weight in

  • Weigh yourself on day 1 of juice cleanse
  • Weigh yourself in the morning
  • Weigh yourself every other day
  • Wear the same clothes every time 
  • Weigh on the same scales

After Your Reboot

After your 10-Day cleanse, you can keep juicing by including a juice a day to enjoy more fruits and vegetables. If you don't have time to juice, consider signing up for our weekly subscription juice delivery. To maintain your results from this 10-day challenge, consider doing a 3 day every 2 or 3 months.
